Coldwell Banker Premier Realty’s Strategic Services team, Brian Krueger and Lance Hamrick, represented the owner and tenant in this landmark transaction. Brian had this to say about the project.
“This exciting new venue will benefit Downtown and Las Vegans for years to come. Downtown Las Vegas continues to evolve and will become the urban hub the city has conceptualized as part of their vision 2045 masterplan.”
